Instant Solvers is designed to minimise collection of personal information. Most tools run in your browser and do not need to transmit the values you enter to our server.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you provide, together with basic technical information such as the submitting IP address. This information is used to respond to your enquiry, prevent abuse and diagnose delivery problems.

Network tools

Some network utilities need an external service in order to work. For example, a public-IP checker or DNS lookup may contact a public API or DNS-over-HTTPS provider. That provider may receive technical information needed to answer the request.

Server logs

Our hosting platform may keep standard web and mail logs containing IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, user-agent information and error details for security, diagnostics and reliability.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

At the time this policy was prepared, the core Instant Solvers tools do not require analytics or advertising cookies. If we add services that use non-essential cookies or similar identifiers, this policy and the cookie information will be updated and consent controls will be introduced where required.
